How do I report missing or damaged items?

Although we take extra care in inspecting all our wallpaper prior to shipment, defects may occur. Please report any damaged or missing items to empirewallpaperfl@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Is wallpaper removable?

Yes! However since our wallpaper are durable and meant to last, we suggest hiring a professional in order to remove.
How long will it take to get my order?

Sample orders ship within 7-10 business days. Wallpaper roll will take between 14-21 days to produce. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
